Giving Back

The Delek Fund for Hope was established in 2008 as a way to maximize Delek’s support for charities within the communities where our employees and customers live and work. The fund raises money through special events, donations from employees, and gifts from Delek US Holdings. In turn, the Fund issues grants to qualified 501(c)3 organizations.

Charities can partner with us during one of our Tournament for Hope events, request a grant for on throughout the year, or solicit a sponsorship for their organization’s fundraising event.

The Delek family has always come together in times of need to help one another. From a house fire to flood, serious illness to challenging personal situations, all too often we hear about a coworker experiencing hard times. For situations such as these, Delek has established the Delek Employee Care Fund.  Money from this fund is available for employees that experience economic hardship due to natural disasters, life-threatening illness, death or catastrophic circumstances.
