Delek employees have the opportunity between December 1st and January 31st each year to submit a contribution to The Delek Fund for Hope with a recommendation that the funds be distributed to a specified public 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and Delek will apply matching funds to increase the amount of support to the nonprofit.
The minimum matching amount is $100 and the maximum is $750. Nonprofits must have a nonprofit tax identification number (TIN) or other IRS recognized equivalent identification and be registered with GuideStar to verify their current 501(c)(3) status.
