Delek employees may choose to donate to the Fund through a payroll deduction program or by a one-time annual commitment. This option is provided as an opportunity for you to participate in our philanthropic efforts. We welcome participation at any level. It is Delek’s mission that charitable giving not just be something that we do, but part of who we are.
The employee contributions will be distributed 100% into the contributor’s communities and are tax deductible.
